Terms and conditions

  1. Reservations:
    1. Online Reservations: Reservations can be made through our website at http://twchotel.com/
    2. Phone Reservations: Reservations can also be made by calling our reservation line at 01936-295-535.
    3. Walk-In Reservations: For guests who prefer to make a reservation upon arrival, we also offer walk-in reservations, subject to availability. Please note that all reservations are subject to room availability and the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
  2. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  3. Payment: Payment for your stay is due upon check-in. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted.
  4. Important Points:
    1. All room rates are Base Rates & Non-commisionable Rates
    2. The mentioned tariff is for the period between 1st March – 31th May, 2023
    3. Please Check back with Reception/ Reservations for best prevailing rates.
    4. Extra Bed – INR 2000 CP and 3000 MAP
    5. Extra Child – INR 1200 CP and 1500 MAP (above 5 years)
    6. Lunch / Dinner – INR 1200 AI per person
    7. Children below 5 years of age are Complimentary
  5. Cancellation Policy:
    1. Reservation must be cancelled before 21 days from the date of arrival for free cancellation.
    2. Reservation cancelled between 21 days to 14 days from the date of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation charges.
    3. Reservation cancelled within 07 days from the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire length of stay.
  6. Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each room type is clearly stated on our website. Additional persons are not permitted to stay in the room overnight without prior approval and may incur an additional fee.
  7. Damages: The Hotel will hold you responsible for any damage to property by their accidental or deliberate and will charge to guests credit card.
  8. Privacy: The Hotel Walnut Creek is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  9. Indemnification: The Hotel Walnut Creek is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury to guests or their property while on hotel property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Hotel Walnut Creek from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of hotel facilities.
  10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, India. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be settled in the courts of Anantnag district, Jammu and Kashmir.
